He also cited the historical event when Noah had sent the dove who brought back the branch of an olive tree. Hence plantation of this tree will be soothing and create good atmosphere among religions. He said that five plants being planted today will remind the students here that as they grow in size the students and all pilgrims who visit here will grow in their peace of heart and mind and will develop a respectable and tolerant society.
Each plant was planted by one Christian and a Muslim scholar in the compound of Markiz Bilal. Inspired by this event other religious scholars invited the NCIDE to reach their madrisas and plant the olive tree there as well. Hence this plantation will go on in the months of March and April this year.
