Islamabad: January 31, 2019. (PCP) The leaders of Pakistani Christian community have highly appreciated decision by Supreme Court of Pakistan decision to free Asia Bibi. The decision on review petition filed by one Muslim extremist group was announced on January 29, 2019, by a Bench of Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Asif Khosa to maintain her acquittal.

The Foreign Office spokesman told media today that Asia Bibi is still in Pakistan after her acquittal-maintained decision by SCP but free now to go anywhere he wants. “It is a great news of victory for the peace-loving citizens of the globe that Asia Bibi who suffered for years in the jails of Pakistan for a crime of the blasphemy that she never committed has now been freed. She deserves to be honored with the Nobel Prize for her bravery under the most terrifying conditions. This is also the time for Malala Yousafzai to give a statement in support of this nomination” said Dr. Stephen Gill

The Supreme Court of Pakistan decision was hailed by Muslim leaders also apart from Pakistani Christians leaders.

Now, all in Pakistan are looking forward that when Asia Bibi is allowed to leave Pakistan and go to any country he prefers and thinks safe for her as Pakistan is still not safe for her to live along with her family and unable to move in society.
