New Delhi: (PCP) Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron, National Panthers Party, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India & Chairman of World Peace Council, India has appealed to all sections of the Indian society and political parties to demonstrate India’s peace-loving message and the concept of non-violence and tolerance which India has followed for centuries. He expressed deep shock that unfortunately some elements, political or otherwise, have continued shouting in the streets of Delhi, the Indian capital resulting into a reported death of Delhi Policeman. NPP Supremo appealed to all political parties and all sections of the society to stand together against all kinds of violence which is promoting conflict in the society particularly today at a time when entire country is engaged in welcoming US President, Mr. Donald Trump. Holding violent activities/demonstrations in the streets of the Indian capital and clashing with the police which is engaged in maintaining law and order cautiously.
Prof. Bhim Singh appealed to the entire leadership in the country irrespective of their political connection that we should give the message to all the countrymen especially those who have been agitating in the capital for over a month over some issues. He regretted that the message gone to the world, India’s friends and well-wishers even regarding the kind of violence that has taken place today in New Delhi which is to receive US President in the evening because of the clash of civilians with the police.
Prof.Bhim Singh made a strong appeal to all countrymen irrespective of their ideological commitment or their problems with the state to spread the message from the streets to the town that India’s greatness lies in peace and love. He appealed to the entire leadership in country irrespective of their parties to appeal the people to keep away from any violence or violent activities. Our problem at home in India at any level can be sorted out/resolved when we are sitting at home with each other. In the presence of a great dignitary in New Delhi, all kinds of violence should be condemned. India’s greatness lies in peace, universal love and cooperation. Lets all appeal to the agitating countrymen to give up this shot of violence particularly when a foreign dignitary is our guest at home.
