Government of Pakistan stats full commitment and obligations to promote and protect human rights (HR) in the country under the obligation of constitutional framework. It will be adequate to refer to a number of Articles relating to human rights in th

1. Convention on the Rights of the Child.
2. International Convention of the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid
3. International Convention against Apartheid in Sports.
4. UN Declaration n the Elimination of all Forms of Racial Discrimination.
5. Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.
6. Supplementary Convention on the Abolition of Slavery, the Slave Trade, and Institutions and Practices.
7. Convention for the Suppression of the Traffic in Persons and the Exploitation of the Prostitution of others.
8. Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women.
The government of Pakistan also claims to have the training institutes which have also included the issues of human rights in their training programme specified for middle level and high ranking officers that implementation of laws may be enforced accordingly.
The contents of these training courses encompass following themes.
1. Gender Issues.
2. Child Rights Issues.
3. Bonded Labor Issues.
4. Ethnic Minority Issues.
5. Issues relating to freedom of Press.
6. Issues relating to freedom of expression Special Media Strategy regarding human rights mass awareness & education programme has been devised wherein following objectives have been identified.

Apart from all the United Nations declarations bindings and articles of the constitution has failed to eliminate the bonded and child labour in Pakistan. The freedom of bonded Christians labour, newly converted to Christianity from low caste Hindus in interior of sindh province of Pakistan, from the agricultural farms of Muslim feudal lords appears in press and media of Pakistan but it seems endless struggle by the social workers and non government organizations when new bonded labour is pointed out from any run away victim. These bonded laborers are paid in advance on compound interest high rates to join working in farms of Muslim feudal lords, which makes them slaves. When any one tries to flee from this slavery they are put in jails of these landlords in fetters and brought in farms for work in morning without proper meals. Landlords that their loans shall be paid off with in period of two to three years but that period moves up to decades attract them. These Muslims landlords gang rape the young and married women of bonded laborers and kill the men who protest. Similar is situation with Christians bonded labors in carpet and brick Kline industry in Punjab province of Pakistan. The efforts of freedom by the non-government organizations in Punjab is fast comparing to province of Sindh because the communication means in interior Sindh province.
The bonded labour in farms, carpets and brick Kline industry have the same facts that it's run by the influential Muslim group with direct approach in the government of Pakistan. These feudal lords and businessmen running slavery of bond are elected members of parliaments and their relatives hold high ranks in the administration of the country. Its surprising that whenever any courts of law verdict their freedom, these influential people again capture them and put back in slavery because the social workers can not have enough resources to follow up their rehabilitation and uplift programmes for long time.
But the major solution to the problem of bonded labour is to lobby the issue among those members of parliaments not involved in this curse that they may make legislation more effective to curb bonded labour in Pakistan.
Some Christian bonded laborers hiding in Karachi have communicated the PCP and their dreadful story shall appear soon to open eyes of government of Pakistan to adopt adequate measures to free those families from Larkana district of Sindh province.
