As World War II finished the ‘League of Nations’ the Ukraine war has finished the ‘United Nation’ hence all the countries should forget the bitter memories of the past and prepare for a new global order for which Iran can play a major role as explained below:-

(1)- The modern science & technology of the last about 500 years (which has made mankind unprecedentedly powerful) requires a free mind which is possible only in secular democracy. Moreover, unprecedented progress in science & technology especially in the IT sector has globalized the world hence global order is inevitable. Therefore without being xenophobic Iran should also try to be part of global order.  

(2)- On account of religion Iran need not be xenophobic because (i)- Islam is the only modern religion (as it worships the abstract) and is commensurate with democracy because it keeps State under influence of the people through religion hence more and more people all over the world will convert to Islam if it updates itself (ii)- Denying freedom to women is un-Islamic because wife of Prophet Muhammad, Khadija Begum was doing business and Razia Sultana was ruling at Delhi in 13th century (Razia was from Iranian empire because Afghanistan became separate independent country only in 18th century after Ahmed Shah Abdali who was military commander of Nadir Shah of Iran) (iii)- In secular democracy religion is not finished as is evident from the West led by the USA where Christianity is still being followed

(3)- There are four major human groups in this world namely Western Christians, Muslims, Chinese and Hindus and about them the present reality is that the two the Muslims (without petro-dollars) & Hindus have lagged behind (though Iran is oil rich country but due to sanctions on it by the West its economic progress has suffered immensely). Whereas other two major human groups, the Western Christians & Chinese have progressed economically and they are not concerned about others that is why they are creating maximum problems all across the world (through Corona, Ukraine war, Taiwan threat etc). Hence there is a need for politically united Indo-Persian region of over 2 billion people [undivided India + Afghanistan which doesn’t recognize Durand Line and then geographically contiguous extended-SAARC (SAARC + Myanmar having Rohingya and Kachin problem + Central Asia, with historical relations with Iran and bordering SAARC including Sri Lanka which is now officially a bankrupt country). This Indo-Persian region will give access to the Sea to Afghanistan and Central Asian countries hence they should accept it gladly.

(4)- Nobody says that Hindus are not communal but Iran will have to realize that the record of Muslims as compared to Hindus has been bad regarding violence out of communal prejudice. Due to partition about 20 % of the population each of Pakistan and Bangladesh of Hindus were expelled whereas Muslims have remained the same in India rather increased a bit to about 15 % (if illegal immigrants mainly from Bangladesh are taken into account). Moreover practically all Kashmiri Pandits were expelled from Muslim majority Kashmir and that too in presence of military of Hindu majority India. In Sunni majority Pakistan  even Shia Muslims, Ahmediya etc are persecuted, discriminated against and harassed. Hence Muslims are in a need to improve their record about such violence born out of wrong ideas of religion. 

(5)- This Indo-Persian region will have emotional unity because the script of two languages Persian and Hindi (and its variants like Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali etc) are easily recognizable and spoken in the entire Indo-Persian region (Urdu uses grammar & syntax of Hindi and uses words from Farsi in substantial numbers. Moreover in South India too, the mother of Hindi, Sanskrit is the language of Hinduism).

(6)-  In order to achieve this Indo-Persian political unity, Iran will have to first bring undivided India under its influence through a political party in India which Iran can easily get launched through Shia community in India taking the lead about it, as mentioned below:-

(i)- This Iran supported political party should openly (also through its website) demand the said political unity of the Indo-Persian region.

(ii)-  Nobody can stop this Iran supported political party from coming to power in coming  elections for Local Bodies, Vidhan Sabha and Lok Sabha if this political party also says (through its website) that it will recover Rs.1,000 Trillion income tax (about 45 % of over 2,200 Lakh crore and rising) from about one million fake farmers, as has been discussed in 2016 April in Indian Parliament and in prominent media as https://english.newsnationtv.com/article/121125-news-nation-disclosure-on-blackmoney-kharabpati-farmers-take-agriculture-route-t.html  and https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/prominent-people-hiding-taxable-income-jaitley/articleshow/51408323.cms. ) This huge-State capital can easily be retrieved [for ‘Legally Enforceable Minimum Support Price’ (LEMSP) for 40 agricultural items and for other economic activities by deploying this State-capital profitably] by 'dharnas' (sit-ins) at all the Tehsil / Taluka headquarters by this party which will make this Iran supported party a formidable political force all across India because two third population of India is fully or partly dependent on farm-income and lakhs of farmers have committed suicide due to non-remunerative prices of agricultural produce.

(iii)- In India the communal 'Hindutva' forces (BJP etc) have poisoned the political atmosphere MAINLY through Babri-masjid matters. Hence this Iran supported political party should declare (also through its website) that it will support the Muslims if they file petition in Supreme Court about Babri-masjid as below:- 

[For complete justice under Article 142 of the Constitution for reviewing the November 2019 so-called final judgment in Ayodhya dispute and for legally expected restoration of Status-quo-ante of Babri Masjid (which was demolished in 1992 in the presence of the Observer of SCI) before any legitimate final judgment in Ayodhya title suit (because otherwise it shall  be lowering the authority of court which is criminal contempt even on the part of SCI under section 2 ( c) (i) read with section 16 of Contempt of Court Act). In this petition it should also be mentioned that there was such a practice in the old days so the Hindus also demolished many temples of Jains and Buddhists but about the demolition of Hindu temples by the then Muslim invaders and rulers, Hindus are unnecessarily over-complaining].

(iv)- This Iran supported political party can easily constrain India, Pakistan and Bangladesh to reunite if supports the following writ petition in the SCI:- 

(A)- For abolishing ‘Citizen Amendment Act’ (CAA)  by demanding ‘dual-citizenship’ of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh for about 160 million forcibly displaced Hindus / Sikhs and Muslims and their descendants because there was no provision of population transfer in ‘Indian Independence Act 1947’. The SCI should be told  in this writ petition that this illegal forced population transfer has thoroughly communalized the Indian subcontinent which has caused huge bloodshed in the region in the past and will cause more if not reversed by said ‘dual citizenship’.

(B)-  For  plebiscite in united J&K by getting united J&K free from outsiders as mandated by 1947 Instrument of Accession (IoA) of J&K to India the relevant part of which reads as -[Consistently with their (GoI) policy that, in the case of any State where the issue of Accession has been the subject of dispute, the question of Accession Should be decided in accordance with the wishes of the people of the State, it is my Government’s wish that, as soon as law and order have been restored in Kashmir, and her soil cleared of the invader, the question of the State’s Accession should be settled by a reference to the people. (7)- This political unity of ‘Federation of Secular Democratic Indo-Persian region’ should try to form a new rule based participatory global order where no member will have veto power but every member will have voting right commensurate with its contribution of men (including military), money, material (including military) and its record of human rights (including about secularism, democracy and freedom of religion including conversion out of free choice). This politically united Indo-Persia will be the world’s biggest consumer market and should have its own currency (for the entire Indo-Persian region) with proper asset-backup. 

(8)- Though presently Iran is close to China and Russia [also due to its  military supplies (Drones etc) to Russia in the on-going Ukraine war] but Iran shouldn’t mind if the USA takes a leading role in such a new PARTICIPATORY world body.
