LARKANA: May 4, 2009. (Nazir Siyal for PCP) A Hindu Community Husband and Wife CMC professors reached Larkana Press Club Monday for justice after long years affray against the Land Mafia occupation by fake documents and power of attorney told in Press Conference.
According to details, Chandka Medical College (CMC) Shaikh Zaid Women Hospital a well known Gynocologist Prof. Bhagwoont Devi and her spouse Child Specialist Doctor Bhagwandas claimed that they were continue suffering miseries and threats by Land mafia for a long, added that they had submitted cases in the Civil and High Court Anti corruption department against the fake documentation and power of attorney with Revenue department by Local land mafia, despite the facts they have been facing fake FIRs against them and their colleagues they said.
They told that Taluka Nazim Larkana has cancelled the ongoing Site plan of Decent Housing Scheme-IV at main Airport road under the reference No. TMA/65 dated 02-04-2009 and further Letter No. GB/Estt/TMAL/146 dated 16-04-2009. The letter said that the cited notices and reminders scheme owner Mashooq Ali and others failed to provide revenue record of Survey No. 513, which is the property of Dr. Bhagwandas and Dr. Bhagwoont Devi.
They told that they had submitted various request to the higher authorities even the letters from Governor of Sindh and Prime Minister of Pakistan but no result found till today. They said the business community and Hindu community will not invest in Larkana if the Land mafia will not stop their illegal possession and injustices.
They appealed the President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Chief Justice for suo moto action against Haji Gahano Khan Jatoi and other Land mafia in Larkana and protect minorities immediately.
