LARKANA: August 7, 2009. (Nazir Siyal reports for PCP) The Christian Community in Larkana on Friday took out protest rally against the Gojra carnage led by Father Frances Anwer and Sadiq Joseph.
The rally started from Saint Joseph Catholic Church and marched through various thorough fares of the city and culminated at Press Club Larkana.
On the occasion, Christian Community offered special prayers for the victim of Gojra carnage and stressed on peace and harmony all over the country.
The protesters demanded from the Government to initiate an enquiry of the incident and take stern action against the involved miscreants of the incident.
The Office bearers of the Justice and Peace Shakeel Anjum, Kamran John, Master Embrose along with several women as well as the members of Pakistan Catholic women Organization joined protest rally and recorded their protest here for protection of minorities in Pakistan.
