JSQM protests against Pakistan Resolution

LARKANA: September 10, 2009. Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) Larkana chapter staged protest demonstration and observed token hanging themselves out side the Jinnah Bagh against the resolution of 1940 and 1973 constitution of Pakistan, regarding the depriving the provinces for provincial autonomy here on Wednesday. On the occasion, the JSQM Central General Secretary Hafeez Azad Hakro, Shafqat Arijo, Fatah Jawri, Maseeh Kalani, Saleh Abbasi, Hubdar Mirjat and others holding play cards and party flags, shouted slogans for the provincial autonomy. While addressing they said that the Pakistan Ressolution was buried and 1973 constitution is also ineffective for the provinces. They further said the peoples of Balochistan are also fighting for their right and independence, but why we Sindhis are behind the cause they said. They called for collective struggle for Sindh rights and demanded for provincial autonomy, added that the mission of G. M Syed will be completed at any cost. Meanwhile, Sindh Law Minister Muhammad Ayaz Soomro has said that the present PPP Government was trying utmost to ressolve the problems of the lawyers’ community on priority basis, besides an amount of RS. 100 Million (One hundred Million) was allocated by the Federal Government as announced by Honorable Prime Minister of Pakistan for Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Lawyers Colony Larkana. This he said while addressing to the members of District Bar Association at Larkana on Wednesday. He said that 62 Advocates were appointed as Deputy District Attorneys in the province and he hoped that the ban will be left after Eid-u-Fittir in the province and the job opportunities will be provided to the educated youth on merit basis. He also said that after October 16, 2009, the legal advisor will be appointed in all TMAs in the province, he said that I am from you and Larkana Bar was a history always supported to him. On the occasion the Additional Advocate General Abdul Hamid Burgri welcomed the Minister and thanked to him to spare some time from his busy schedule for the Bar. Aziz-u-Haq Solangi , Asif Ali Soomro member Pakistan Council also spoke on the occasion, the Minister launched a book titled (LAW FORUS) written by Advocate Imtiaz Ahmad Shahani.
