Holland, February 18, 2010 (PCP) Parvez Iqbal, President PCC Holland Chapter congratulated both Government and the Judiciary of Pakistan for settling the issue of appointment of Judges in Pakistan. We hope now onward this issue will not cost time and finances of Pakistani Nation. Lot of sources and time were wasted up till now only for not dealing and deciding issues constitutionally. Government of Pakistan despite dealing with National issues and Judiciary despite giving true justice to the Pakistani Nation (millions of cases are pending in courts for hearing and justice) were busy and wasted time and money for settling Judges issues. For example Supreme Court of Pakistan and High Court of Lahore turned their faces and attention to Judges Issue and accused Mohammad Naeem of Shazia murder case was granted bail by an additional judge which is not only unlawful, against true and pure justice but also misuse of powers and game with Pakistani Law and it courts as well as to please criminal and murderer. Hope this chapter is closed at least till the end of tenure of present government. PCC strongly condemn the act of injustice and misuse of powers by an Additional Judge who accepted bail petition of accused in Shazia murder case, therefore we request the Honourable Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Pakistan to pay his wise and legal attention to Shazia murder case and check how bail has been granted when the accused was behind the bars for committing NON BAILABLE OFFENCES. We also demand, Show Cause Notice be issued to the Additional Judge (who issued release order of accused Mohammad Naeem on bail) for misuse of his powers and an inquiry under the supervision of minimum a Judge of High may not only be conducted but also be brought to the public in the better interest of public and proving the upper hand of Pakistan Penal Code. Bail granted to accused Mohammad Naeem be cancelled and speedy trial of this case be started and concluded as per laws. No matter Government of Pakistan and MR SHAHBAZ BHATTI, Fedral Minister has closed their eyes and surrendered by kneeling down to the criminals but still we hope Honourable Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Pakistan shall keep the rules common to the Pakistani nation without marking lines for rich and poor and in between religions....................
