Pakistani Christian workers of ACCA acquitted by court

Pakpattan, Punjab: March 23, 2010. (PCP) Finally, the seven Christians sanitary workers including ACCA workers have been acquitted from the false charge under section 186 & 427 Pakistan Penal code against them on 25th December,2009 by the magistrate police station city Pakpattan. ACCA lawyers contested the criminal charges against them on behalf of accused sanitary workers. A meeting was held to give thanks to lord Jesus in SDA CHURCH PAKPATTAN and the accused persons and Christian community pakpattan thanked to lord Jesus for their acquittal. ACCA bore all the expenses near about twenty thousand rupees for the trial of this criminal case. ACCA requests to all the International Friends to pray ACCA and its work. Meanwhile, ACCA protested before the Senior Civil Judge on taking extra duty from Ashiq Masih who is permanent sweeper in Civil Court Pakpattan under the authority of senior civil Judege Pakpattan. Senior Civil Judge illegally ordered Ashiq Masih to sweep in his residence. Ashiq Masih, a poor Christian, started to work in the residence of Senior Civil Judge while The wife of the Judge did beat Ashiq Masih without any reason. The poor Christian worker with his mother told this story with tear to ACCA because the wife of Senior Civil Judge threatened to lodge FIR against Ashiq Masih if he will open his mouth before others. ACCA team met Senior Civil Judge and protested against His wife brutal attitude. Now the senior civil judged promised to not take any kind of sweeping work from Ashiq Masih in his residence.
