Holland: April 29, 2010. (PCP) Parvez Iqbal, President Pakistan Christian Congress Holland Chapter appealed to President and Prime Minister of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to breakup their dreams, open eyes and see what is happening just under their nose when an other Christian girl (14 years) Sumera Pervaiz is illegally taken into PAF police custody with her father and brother on a false allegation of theft of about 1 kg of Gold from the house of Wing Commander Mr. Cheema. Another shameful behavior of Pakistani police seen internationally when Sumera Pervaiz (14 year) was tortured for 5 days and instigated to admit crime which she never thought of. She was brought for medical treatment when investigating officers tired up completely and a little girl lost her consciousness. After her checkup Doctors, mentioned that she might not be able to stand on her feet anymore. Oh my God, who should be held responsible for this brutal behavior of PAF Police??????? PAF is even not meant for investigating such cases. Every one know PAF is for the security of Air space of Pakistan and despite doing their prescribed job they are acting as butchers. PCC appeal that issue may be taken into quick consideration: The officer who raided house of Sumera Pervaiz without legal warrants, took and kept innocents in his unlawful custody may be suspended immediately and case be registered against him for quick proceedings and justice. Medical Reports of the victim Sumera Pervaiz be made cleanly and truthfully after her complete and through check up.(our hopes are not big keeping in mind the past Medical reports) But we hope Sumera Pervaiz's report will come not through one doctor but through a Medical Board. Sumera Pervaiz be treated on a high level medical treatment under a medical board for her fast recovery on Govt responsibility. Investigating officer of District Police be directed to register a case against those responsible and be brought to court of law without scaling their ranks and positions immediately. We can't appeal anything to Mr. Shahbaz Bhatti, Federal Minister to look into this case and meet the victim’s family because we know Mr. Bhatti is like a bird with broken wings and tied tongue, but we appeal National and International NGOs for human rights to take-up Sumera Pervaiz's issue purely on humanitarian grounds.
