Asghar Masih Gill, another Christian victim of blasphemy law in Sialkot

Sialkot: June 16, 2010. (PCP Report) After accusation and killing of young boy Robert Danish in Police custody under Blasphemy Laws in September last year, now another young man named Asghar Masih Gill resident of neighboring village of Jethy kay from where last year Robert Danish was put to death in police custody and church was set on fire by the Muslim Extremists and religious workers. A family member of Asghar Masih Gill talking to PCP explained that Arshad Masih Gill was appointed as Coordinator by an International NGO working for Christian Freedom and Rights for Christian Community in the the area as he remained in the font line for protests and struggles for Christian Rights and Freedom. Arshad Masih Gill now hiding himself to safe his life and avoid troubles to his family. After incident in Jethy Kay Village and death of Rober Danish in Police custody, Arshad Masih Gill is living life of an alian in his own country from village to village and city to city. Muslim Religious workers continuously searching and pressurizing local police for arrest and after death of Arshad Masih Gill on the same ways of Robert Danish and family members of Arshad Masih Gill trying to save his life but until when they will succeed? this is greatest question to Minority leaders, Human Rights Workers and Government of Pakistan itself. This is one of the chain of accusation of Christian Youth, Men, women properties and honour under Blasphemy in Pakistan. PCP has decided not to mention name of family member who is source of this news and to refrain from publishing his photo of Arshad Masih Gill due to safety reasons and protection.
