Philadelphia: March 14, 2011. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC said that UK administration aids Pakistan under pressure of British Pakistani Muslims nor on agenda of Religious Freedom or for protection of Christian, Ahmadi or Shaia communities. The Britain aid is not utilized on public welfare but enjoyed by armed forces of Pakistan and ISI which recruits and supports militants for terror in Afghanistan, Kashmir and India. The ISI operatives in Tribal area of Pakistan radicalized British Pakistani Muslim for London train suicide bombing but still UK aid is not conditioned to Pakistan. Dr. Nazir Bhatti was commenting here to day on statement of Junior Foreign Minister of UK, Mr. Alistair Burt, responding on objections raised on Britain aid to Pakistan by Cardinal Keith O’Brien of Scotland in which he expressed concern on doubling aid to Pakistan when incidents of violence are rising against religious minorities in Pakistan. “It is need of time that Britain and EU should aid Caritas Pakistan, Catholic Bishops Conference of Pakistan and Civil Society organizations for social welfare uplift of Pakistani people and religious minorities instead of government of Pakistan that armed forces may not use it for their vested interests to spread terror in South Asia” said Nazir Bhatti It is on record that terror outfits in Punjab are funded and supported by ISI which are responsible for attacks on Christians, Ahmadi and Shia worship places and killing hundreds. The ISI and Intelligence Bureau of Pakistan IB are conspiring to safe their operatives of banned terrorist out fits in Punjab who assassinated Christian federal minister Shahbaz Bhatti. The ISI and IB officers are pressing upon section of Pakistani print and electronic media to blame different external agencies responsible in killing of Shahbaz Bhatti to safe their tools in Tehreek Talabab Punjab TTP who took responsibility of attacking Christian leader and vowed to kill anyone who speaks against controversial blasphemy law. PCC Chief, Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, urged US Administration, EU and Britain to condition aid to Pakistan on religious freedom and human rights instead of funding establishment to promote terror in region.
