ISLAMABAD, July 27: The Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on Wednesday ordered a fresh inquiry into a dispute concerning the Breton Carey Girls Hostel in Karachi which was attacked by Sadiq Daniel, Shahzar Shamoon and their people with the help of local Police a few months ago. A delegation comprising the members of Christian community headed by the Bishop of Karachi The Rt. Rev. Ijaz Inayat Masih during a meeting with Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz here on Wednesday at the Prime Minister's House informed him about the incident in which local police and the disputed bishop Rev. Sadiq Daniel attacked the Girls Hostel being used by orphan girls and created disturbance in order to get hold over the valueable land of Hostel. Mrs. Ghazala Shafique, expressing her gratitude to the Prime Minister for ordering a fresh inquiry, hoped it would help resolve the issue as she had been stripped off, tortured and harassed by the Christian leadership with the help of local police and mischievous elements. She told the Prime Minister that a number of law-enforcement personnel had investigated the matter but so far no one had been arrested.
