APCL condemn attitude of Speaker Punjab Assembly
Rawalpindi; January 9, 2012. (PCP) Mr. Nawaz Salamat, Founder and Co-Chairman of All Pakistan Christian League (APCL) have hailed and welcome the protest By the Christian Parliamentarians in Punjab Assembly the other day about The Martyr Salman Taseer, Ex- Governor Punjab.
However, Mr. Salamat has vehemently condemned the Mocking attitude of The Speaker Punjab Assembly and The statement of Provincial Minister Abdul Ghafoor that if The Christians Committed Blasphemy then [another] Ghazi Ilm Din Shaheed will be produced. He further said that no Christian could ever think of committing Blasphemy.
APCL leader has urgently appealed to The Prime Minister Syed Yousad Raza Gillani, Mr Asif Ali Zardari, Mr Latif Khosa, Governor of The Punjab and Mr. Shahbaz Sharif, The Chief Minister of Punjab to Take Measures for the Protection of The life of Christians in Pakistan.
