APCL seeking justice for the nurses In Karachi

Karachi: July 31, 2012. The All Pakistan Christian League Women wing Sind has raised the 8 Christian Training nurses were Poisoned mercury (use in Thermometer) by unknown person or persons. These Student Nurses were learning in the first year School of Nursing Located at Civil Hospital, Karachi. Named 1.Saba Bashir,2.Hina Younas,3.Saria Nelson,4.Rita Jam.es,5.Anila Awas,& Rooha Ashi,8.Roby Mubarak these all are now in Medical ward Rita James , Anila Awas are in ICU . It is Surprising to know that all those got affected belongs to Christian Religion. We Urge the Authorities to Conduct Transparency and Speed Investigation. It is also important that the Administration hasn’t made any affective Security arrangement particular y for the Young female students. All Pakistan Christian league had demonstrated at Karachi Press Club on 31th July 2012. Ghazala Shafiq of Minority Women Forum Said that discrimination should be stopped with Christian nurses and Justice and Protection should be given to them in a timely Manner. Safina Javed President women wing Sindh(APCL ) urged the urged the authorities to conduct Speedy Investigation the administration are trying to Kill the issue. Safina Javed has visited the Hospital and Met the Affected girls and assured her give the Legal aid and Cooperation.
