Pakistan Christian Congress nominates Shahid Yousaf Gill as PCC Punjab Council Member

Karachi: November 16, 2012. (PCP) The Central Executive Council of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC has approved nomination of Mr. Shahid Yousaf Gill as Member of Punjab Provincial Council of PCC in a meeting here today. Mr. Shahid Gill graduated in Political Science from Punjab University and later earned law degree from Islamia University. His special interests in education, languages and finances are highlighted with a MBA degree from Preston University, B-Ed from Punjab University Spanish courses from National University of Modern Languages. Mr. Shahid Gill remained a member of Diocesan Youth Commission from June 1997 to May 2000, Assisted, in designing, organizing and conducting different programes on youth development and youth mobilization, to the director at Diocesan level and to the Rev. Father at Parish level. He is currently participating in activities at parish level, like, Member of Parish Council, Member of Church Security Committee and Member of Parish Eucharistic Ministry. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC has congratulated Mr. Shahid Yousaf Gill on joining PCC and hoped that Pakistan Christian Congress will be stronger in Punjab province of Pakistan. The nomination of Mr. Shahid Yousaf Gill in PCC Punjab Council is first while 11 members Punjab Council of PCC will be nominated after completion of organizational structure; Mr. Shahid Yousaf Gill hailed from Islamabad will represent federal capital area in Punjab Council. The representation in PCC Punjab Council will be filled based on Divisional representation. Meanwhile, Mr. Albert Paul Khokhar President of Rawalpindi PCC Council, Ms Asma Riaz President PCC Youth Islamabad and PCC Central Council Members have congratulated Mr. Shahid Yousaf Gill and assured him of their cooperation and support to organize PCC in Punjab province.
