(Naveed Paul and Zeeshan Simon) The poor old father of Perevz Janni begs daily to an influential Muslim businessman for meeting with his son in his private jail which is daily denied and he walks back crying to his home in a Christian slum of Metropolitan city of Karachi.
The Metropolitan city of Karachi, which once famous to be city of lights in Pakistan, is under dark clouds of targeting killing, sectarian violence and illegal tax collectors, where Christian are more insecure than Muslims as Muslims of every ethnic or political groups have piles of arms in their possession.
Pervez Janni son of Majeed Masih resident of Azam Basti, Street Number 9, in Mahmoodabad Police Station jurisdiction was employed in Moon Light Guest House as a driver from last 7 years.
On October 10, 2012, Parvez Janni was ordered from front desk of Moon Light Guest House to drive some guests to city of Hyderabad.
The passengers from Moon Light Guest House offered some drink to Pervez Janni on way to Hyderabad from Karachi, which made him dizzy. Mr. Janni found himself in a hospital of Hyderabad where medicos told him that he has become conscious after three days.
The passengers in car of Pervez Janni threw him in jungle alongside Super Highway near Hyderabad and sped away with his car. Some people, picked Pervez Janni and brought him to hospital where police recorded statement of Pervez Janni and lodged report of car hijacking.
When Pervez Janni reached back home in Karachi, he duly informed about incident and police reports to owners of Moon Light Guest House.
Mohammad Safdar and Mohammad Akhter, owners of Moon Light Guest House, instead of compensating their employee Pervez Janni, locked him in chains in basement of the building.
The family members of Pervez Janni attempted to meet Pervez Janni in private jail of Mohammad Safdar and Mohammad Akhter but they were never allowed.
One employee of Moon Light Guest House told family of Pervez Janni that there were some religious arguments between Pervez Janni and Mohammad Safdar, owner of Guest House, when Muslim owner asked Pervez Janni to accept Islam while Pervez denied leaving Christianity.
