Dr. Tanveer Zamani Celebrated Christmas with Pakistani Christian Community in New York

Albany, NY: December 26, 2012. (PCP) A Christmas program was organized in New York by All Pakistan Christian League USA Chapter and HPC New York. Dr. Zamani, a US based surgeon and PhD in international politics, an innovative Muslim Democrat in the US, and Pakistan People's Party's very endearing activist was the Chief Guest of this event. While adressing to the Christian community Dr. Zamani Said Islam appreciates religious pleurism and secularism, We must join hands with minorities, and perform ‘IJTEHAD’ to carry out National mobilization to design the social structure of Quaide Azam 's Pakistan. Dr. Zamani Said Government of Pakistan should take some special measures so incidents like Shanti Nagar , Gojra and Mardan do not happen in future. She said all Religious communities living in Pakistan are equal and Minorities should be treated without discrimination. Dr. Zamani Said We need to eliminate sectarianism, feudalism, Mullahism, and capitalism from Pakistan. It is totally unacceptable that minorities of Pakistan do not have Right to choose their own representatives. She said Election Commission of Pakistan should must take notice of this as soon as possible and announce a suitable Electoral system on reserved Seats. APCL President USA Chapter Mr. Hubert George thanked Dr Zamani for raising a voice for minorities of Pakistan. He assured her complete support of APCL in future.
