Lawyers demand arrest of killers of M M Tariq Advocate

Karachi: February 9, 2013. (PCP) We condemn Mr. M. M. Tariq’s brutal murder who was the prominent Senior Advocate. We hereby appeal before the Sindh Government to provide independents gesture of justice so that positive services can be provide in the interest of justice and further we appeal to arrest the culprits / terrorists who are the target killers as soon as possible and we also submit our submissions / appeal before the Honorable Chief Justice of Pakistan as well Chief Justice of Sindh to take serious action against the target killing of the advocates. It is quite crystal clear that terrorists and the people those are not law abiding persons have made up their minds and have set up their network to come up with their illegal and unlawful atmosphere which is quite adverse to the democracy and human rights in Pakistan. However, we pray in the name of Almighty God for the peace and harmony / patience for the rest of members / dependents of the M.M. Tariq’s family. Here, we pertinently much anxious for the life threats being conveyed to Mr. Saleem Khursheed Khokhar Advocate who is also Representative and voice of the Religious Minority in Sindh Assembly and struggling for the equal citizenship rights of the non Muslims in Pakistan as Member Provincial Assembly Sindh. Therefore, categorically we strongly appeal before the Sindh Government to increase security of said MPA and his family. We here for the press release are gathered altogether namely Mr. Daniel Bakhsh Advocate, Shahbaz Sahotra Advocate, Samuel Xavier Advocate, Jacqueline Sultan Advocate, Yaqoob Ghulam Advocate and Alomia Alraj Advocate and others.
