Karachi: March 1, 2013. (PCP) The Central Executive Committee of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC in a meeting here today expelled Bishop Javed Akhter based in Karachi on charges of fraud in funds of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC which were given to him for different programs to promote cause of oppressed and persecuted Christian in Sindhi province of Pakistan. The PCC committee observed that Bishop Javed Akhter expressed intentions to join Pakistan Christian Congress PCC to serve Christian community and received large amount of funds to organize different programs in Karachi city but he suddenly went under ground and made no contact with Sindhi Council of PCC. The PCC came to know later that Bishop Javed Akhter had different ID on Facebook and other on social media and have many Sims to operate different cell phone numbers. Bishop Javed Akhter used to cheat different bishops and missionaries from Western countries to receive funds in name of evangelism and church issues in Pakistan and later to change his cell phone numbers and ignore those funding agencies on Facebook. PCC central committee decided not to press for charges of fraud against so- called Bishop Javed Akhter who claims that he he have church headquarter in Kashmir Colony of Karachi and many branches in Sindh and Punjab province of Pakistan because it can defame true Christian clergy in Pakistan. It will be amazing to note that Bishop Javed Akhter even not paid to Karachi Press Club the funds for a press conference of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC on February 3, 2013, which he received from PCC Sindh president. PCC warns every one to deal in any financial issues with Bishop Javed Akhter as he is. Professional Dishonest person and use Christianity and persecuted Christian as bait.
