Philadelphia: April 22, 2013. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC has appealed to government of Netherland, Minister for Immigration and Neutralization Service IND and Justice Minister of Netherland to review asylum petition of Suneel Emmanuel, Saima Emmanuel and their son born in Netherlands named Ephraim Emmanuel as their lives will be under potential life threat if deported to Pakistan. Nazir Bhatti said that IND and Justice Department of Netherland never invited comments on asylum application of Suneel Emmanuel, Saima Emmanuel and Ephraim Emmanuel of any “Expert on Situation of Pakistani Christian” but relied on information provided by a Muslim Travel Agent in Lahore which cannot be counted as reliable and true. The comments of any Muslim in Pakistan are always biased when accusation of blasphemy law surface in any case and it’s on record, killing of dozens of Christians accused of blasphemy in jails, outside courts, in compounds of courts and on streets of Pakistan by hands of Islamists. The life of Suneel Emmanuel, Saima Emmanuel and Ephraim Emmanuel will not be safe as Muslim Travel Agent and other involved as witness in asylum application processing of this Christian family will be obligated under Sharia law to expose their identities in Pakistan regarding Blasphemy and liable to be punished to death by hands of any Muslim religious fantastic. Pakistan Christian Congress PCC www.pakistanchristiancongress.org filed a lawsuit to repeal blasphemy law in higher courts of Pakistan and pleaded as an expert on cases of “Christian victims of blasphemy for asylum on number of cases in different countries” and if the Justice Department of Netherland provides PCC a chance to view cases of Suneel Emmanuel, Saima Emmanuel and Ephraim Emmanuel and gather due information on it from Lahore, on not any charge or cost on Netherlands IND, will be obliged to appear as an Expert. PCC Chief Nazir S Bhatti expressed grave concern on danger to lives of Christian family,s deportation to Pakistan and appealed to government of Netherlands to review their asylum case as mercy petition.
