Pakistani Canadian Christian leader Shadab Khokhar passed away

Toronto: December 26, 2013. (PCP) Shadab Khokhar, a Canadian Christian leader and social activist from Pakistani origin passed away on December 25, 2013, leaving behind hundreds of mourning friends and associates in city of Brampton in Ontario. Mr. Shadab Khokhar was founder member of Canadian Christian Association CCA and founder President of International Christian Awaz and struggled for betterment of Pakistani Christian Diaspora in Canada. Mr. Shadab Khokhar was student of St. Anthony’s High Schools Lahore and graduated in computer based information system and analysis studies from DeVry University at Columbus, Ohio, USA; He served as Financial Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Shadab Khokhar left behind grieving wife Dolly Khokhar, two sons and a daughter. Mr. Khalid Gill, an associate of United Christian Federation based in Toronto, Canada and prominent minority community leader of Pakistan have expressed grief on sudden death of Mr. Shadab Khokhar and prayed for peace and comfort for grieved family. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC and Mr. Raymond Wallac Durrani, President of PCC-Canada Chapter have termed death of Shadab Khokhar as great loss to Pakistani Canadian Christian community. PCC leaders have condoled death of Mr. Shadab Khokhar.
