A joint petition was also present to the Consulate of Pakistan by main organizations and Churches. The purpose of the protest was to express outrage over the alive burning of Christian couple, named Shazad Masih and Shama Bibi, in a kiln over the false accusation of Blaspheme Law in Pakistan. This law is being misused and abused over and over again to, kill Christians and destroy their properties, churches and livelihoods. Moreover, various governments in Pakistan over time have been failing to protect the Christians, and other minorities from the extremist.
