HYDERABAD: February 27, 2015. (By Abbas Kassar) South Asia Partnership Pakistan and Norwegian Church Aid Visited District Nawabshah and Mirpurkhas on 24 to 25 February 2014 for analyzing the issues of Violence against women inducing forced marriages, early marriage and forced conversion among religious minorities. The visit was conducted by Rabia Waqar –NCA, Shahnaz Sheedi –SAP-PK and Irshad Junejo –SAP-PK . The visit facilitated by the local RDPs Organization of SAP-PK including VCDO Mirpurkhas and SSSF Nawabshah and conducted the community meeting, CSOs Meetings and focus Group Discussion. The different issues of forced marriage and marriage in the Name of Bhagwan were found out during the visit. There is the miserable condition of communities, especially religious minorities, which are facing lot of problems and high discrimination on the basis of religious discrimination.
