Mr. Eral Frank of Christian Fellowship of Hyderabad writes this report with documents attached for necessary action for our readers: Honorable Sir, It`s a matter of great concern that a post of Bishop should have been filled in by any potential candidate, God fearing person, a Role Model, a compassionate and law abiding. But Rev. Rafique Masih who is presently acting as a Bishop of Hyderabad Diocese defies all aforementioned qualities. Annexure "A" is a copy of minutes of Synod Meeting held on 30th October and 1st November 1995 and Special Meeting of synod held on 5th June 1997, etc. The role call shows Rev. Rafique Masih at No.22.The highlighted portion, EX-S 3/97, read: "That ordained Pastors between the age of 30years and 60years of age would be eligible to stand for election of Bishop". Annexure "B" is copy of Payment Vouchers from Diocese of Hyderabad shown an amount of Rs.80, 000/= has been debited and paid to Rev. Rafique Masih Clergy Retirement Grant. The Voucher is dated 30th August 2002. Both aforementioned documents prove that Rev. Rafique Masih was not even eligible to contest as a Bishop. Rev. Rafique Masih has managed to misguide in utter violation of rules and resolution designed and approved for the eligible to the Bishop. He succeeded to get himself as "Properly elected and consecrated Bishop of Hyderabad". By the Church of Pakistan mission partner Forum as per Annexure "C" dated 7th October 2003. Annexure "D" is copy of letter Dated 13th November 2005 by Bushra Mohan, Senior Administrator, Gulf regional office, MU consultants, 307 The Business Center, Khalid Bin Waleed Road, Dubai, U.A.E. Its says that Mr. Derrick Amique S/o Rev. Rafique Masih has been offered admission at Hendon, The Burroughs, London NW4 4BT, Full-time Duration course of 12 months. This letter shows an Academic Conditions of obtaining minimum 6.0 in ILETS or Equivalent, I am positive that Mr. Derrick Amique S/o Rev. Rafique Masih has no ability to pass ILETS, which may please be checked. As Mr. Derrick Amique S/o Rev. Rafique Masih has no moral character and good reputation in the church community. Annexure "E" is another copy from Bushra Mohan as above; Wherein Mr. Derrick Amique has been congratulated on grant of Regional Scholarship. It is rather strange that how come only the son of Rev. Rafique is SELECTED for Scholarship and even for the Said Studies? The community has slightest idea as to How, Why and When Mr. Derrick qualifies for said Course/Scholarship. I have Challenged Rev. Rafique Masih in his personal capacity but he is utilizing funds from the Diocese of Hyderabad to contest the case. Similarly, his position has been challenged in the Sindh High Court at Karachi under Civil Suite No.970/2003. More over he has some pending cases in honorable Sindh Court of Pakistan for his illegal position and benefits; Cases are under proceeding in Sindh Court of Pakistan. 1.Hyderabad. 2.Karachi. 3.Sukkur. As he is involved in different cases in Sindh Court of Pakistan. Although he is not interested in Development of Community as well as Church rather than his family benefits.
