Lahore: March 28, 2015. (PCP) The Lahore Administration will present complete list of arrested Christians in Lahore High Court on March 30, 2015, on a Writ Petition filed by CLAAS. On March 24, 2015 a writ petition was filed by the CLAAS in Lahore High Court Lahore for the issuance of directions to produce the detenue (Christian persons who are arrested by the police in reference of Youhanabad) which is fixed today on March 27, 2015 report has been submitted by the SHO Nishter Colony Police Station, Lahore in which the police categorically mentioned that the persons mentioned in the head of the writ petition has not been arrest by the police. At this stage the CLAAS’ lawyer assisted to the court that after the denial of the police, regarding the confinement of the detenue the matter has become very sensitive and there is every apprehension that these persons might be killed with torture and their lives are at stake. The lawyer further requested to the court that it would be appropriate if the SSP Investigation/ In -charge joint investigation team Rana Iyaz Saleem be summoned in person before this honorable court upon which the honorable Judge called SSP investigation in person and to submit para- wise comment on March 30, 2015.
