Karachi: April 15, 2015. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC have questioned Chief Minister of Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif and Interior Minister of Government of Pakistan Chowdhry Nisar Ali that why are you silent on death of Numan Masih who died today after 5 days whom two Muslims set of fire after confirming that he is Christian? Where is your uproar in parliament now and use of iron hand as you vowed against Christians in incident of lynching two suspected terrorist Muslims by Christian mob on facilitating two suicide bombers on killing 20 Christian worshipers in two Churches of Youhanabad on March 15, 2015? Do you take Muslim terrorist lynching important but have no value of life of a innocent Christian youth of 14 Nauman Masih whom Muslims set on fire? On April 10, 2015, Nauman Masih a Christian youth, working in a tailor shop to financially support his family was walking to his home, two Muslim bike riders stopped him and questioned about his religion: when he replied that he is Christian: they started beating him and threw kerosene on him and lit him to fire: Nauman Masih ran to safe his life and cried for help but streets were deserted due to Friday Prayers of Muslims; He ran and started putting sand on him to defuse fire and shouted for help; people came out but he was 55% burnt before taken to hospital. Nauman Masih died today in Mayo Hospital after not receiving proper medical care because there is not well equipped Burns Ward in Mayo Hospital. Dr. Nazir Bhatti said “Mian Shahbaz Sharif and Chowdhry Nisar Ali not take life of a Muslim more precious than a Christian in Pakistan and consider every one as equal citizen of Pakistan” PCC Chief have demanded immediate arrest of Muslims who set Nauman Masih, a Christian boy of 14 on fire and killed him.
