Karachi: August 16, 2015. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC has strongly condemned suicide bomb attack in village compound of Punjab home minister Shuja Khanzada killing him along with 15 others who were present during meeting in district Attock.
Mr. Shuja Khanzada announced in a news conference in Lahore on August 4, 2015, the arrests of five terrorists involved in twin suicide bombing on two Churches in Youhanabad which was comfort for the families of victims who killed in incident.
According to news agencies, aTaliban-affiliated militant group, Lashkar-e-Islam, claimed responsibility for the attack and said it was retaliation for military operations against them. "Such types of attacks will continue in the future," Saluddin Ayubi told Reuters.
Dr. Nazir Bhatti vowed that Christians will keep supporting government to curb terrorism and arrest of terrorists.
