Inayat Bernard presided over the mass of death anniversary of the founder of Pakistan. He said that the founder wanted secular Pakistan where all the religions and sects would have their freedom to practice and promote their religions.
He said that our Christians have played vital role to achieve this country and get Punjab included in Pakistan. He further said that we should continue to pray for the stability, tolerance and peace in our country.
They were asked to follow discipline in the country, work for unity and remain strong in their faith, the three main pillars of the manifesto of the Quaid.
Prayers were said for those who sacrificed their lives in the Indo Pak 1965 war.
