Islamabad: February 18, 2016. (PCP) In 1996 when Pakistan People’s Party was ruling the country and Benazir Bhutto (Late) was the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the government was accused of corruption by President Pakistan of the time Mr. Farooq Leghari (Late) and he dissolved the assembly. The interim Prime Minister of the time Mr. Malik Meraj Khalid (Late) met Mr. J Salik in Islamabad at his residence and said to become minister, take oath and keep staying in the same house, J Salik replied that I am not as mean as you are thinking, it’s not possible for me to take oath against the people I was working with a day before, I request you to allow me to bring camel vehicles for going back to Lahore. The first purpose of camel vehicles is that it’s a slow sort of travel and I want people to meet me easily for my welcome or my accountability, secondly camel belongs to desert and is a patient animal and can bear hunger and thirst so long, we also have no idea that how long we have to be patient and wait for democracy. Camel vehicles were allowed and after traveling for 14 days the caravan reached Ravi River at Lahore. On the occasion J Salik prayed at Ravi River and then went to visit the shrine of Dr. Allama Mohammad Iqbal, thanked him and said that we owned the philosophy of self-esteem and got respect. J Salik said that after the prayers of twenty years we have the hundred canals of donated land in Chakri and I am committed to make Peace University on that. J Salik needs your cooperation today, contact him
