Another Christian girl rescued after a long horrible ordeal for faith

KASUR: March 24, 2016. (PCP) Another Christian girl, Nabila Bibi, victim of abduction, forced conversion to Islam and forcibly married with her abductor, rescued after a long legal and social battle with her abductor and Islamic extremists. Sardar Mushtaq Gill, Human Rights Defender himself involved in all this rescue mission and strove for about six months which at last became successful and the girl has been safely handed-over to the family in the presence of Rev. Saleem Masih, D.S Pattoki Church who also prayed for the victim family, victim girl and for LEAD and its team. The family was very glad after reunion of their daughter about whom they were not even in thinking position to see her again. "I have strong faith that Jesus is Alive and He died for our sins, I have no faith in Islam," expressed Nabila when Rev. Saleem questioned her about her present faith. Nabila Bibi, a Christian girl was kidnapped by a Muslim man, Allaha Rakha, and was forced to marry him after converting her to Islam last year in September. Bashir Masih, Father of the victim girl, filed a complaint in Police Station but Police refused to register FIR against the abductors and his accomplices. Family of the victim girl approached to LEAD, an organization working for minorities’ rights and religious freedom in Pakistan and also provides free legal assistance to persecute for assistance. Latter LEAD on behalf of victim girl's father filled a petition in the court of additional and sessions judge with the powers of ex-officio justice of peace Pattoki for registration a case FIR against the abductors on 27 October, 2015, which was accepted on 17 February, 2016 after a long inquiry and direction has been issued to SHO-Station house officer,Saddar Phool Nagar to register an FIR against the abductors.
