Karachi: April 15, 2016. (PCP) In response to letter by Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC to Mr. David Cameron, Prime Minister of UK, asking few questions on role of Mr. Shehryar Niazi, former Deputy Head of British High Commission Karachi and making some claims on Pakistani electronic media which not fall in line of duty of any diplomat, a few line reply is received from British High Commission Islamabad.
Mr. Shaun at British High Commission Islamabad writes, Please see our line below, attributable to an FCO spokesman: "The British Government is aware of media reports alleging that the Government of India has funded the Muttahida Quami Movement political party. The conduct of political parties in Pakistan is a matter for the Pakistani authorities."
The copies of letter were also mailed to British Foreign Office, British Home Office and British High Commission in Islamabad for response about Mr. Shehryar Niazi.
Dr. Nazir Bhatti had raised questions that do British Diplomatic missions permit their employees to take copies of official files, documents and other communications to their homes and pile up in stores to use such against organizations and countries for vested interests after their retirements?
“If Mr. Shehryar Niazi releases or discloses documents of agreement of MQM Chief Altaf Hussian with Indian secret agency RAW or his confessions with Scotland Yard officers for public then will UK Administration file charges against him of espionage or stealing official documents or will take responsibility of authorizing him to use it for ban on MQM which is fourth biggest party in parliament of Pakistan” had questioned Dr. Bhatti
Here we are posting contents of letter;
Mr. David Cameron,
Prime Minister of UK,
London.
Sir,
For your information, record and response on following;
“I will release, copies of agreement of MQM Chief Altaf Hussain with Indian secret agency RAW to media after seven days because Altaf Hussain have offended me on not accepting my blames that he signed agreement with RAW when talking with Pakistani TV Channel GeoNews correspondent in UK” says former Deputy Head of British High Commission in Karachi Shehryar Niazi in an open interview on GeoNews program Aj Shah Zaib Khanzada ke sath;
I have some question about claims of former Deputy Head of High Commission in Karachi Sher Yar Niazi:
Do British diplomat can take copies of officials files or agreements or different communications for his personal record that he may use it for his personal interests against any organization or country when he retires from his diplomatic services?
Does Her Majesty’s Foreign Office permit employees in foreign missions to keep official records of proceedings that may use it for his/her vested interests?
If former Deputy Head of British High Commission in Karachi Shehryar Niazi releases such copies of record like agreement of MQM Chief Altaf Hussain with Indian secret agency RAW or his confession with RAW before Scotland Yard officers as retired British diplomat then will British Home office file any Espionage or stealing official records charges against Mr. Niazi or not? Or whatever he is claiming about possession of such records and leaking it to Pakistani media is with approval of your office that it may be used in Pakistan against MQM?
Mr. Altaf Hussain is British Citizen and leader of MQM which is fourth biggest party in parliament of Pakistan:
