Islamabad: August 30, 2016. (PCP) Convener World Minorities Alliance and Organizer Awami Maseeha Party Mr. J. Salik has said that it is important to develop our country but we should pay more attention to develop the nation because nation is always more important than a country and once we will succeed to develop the nation we can easily develop the country. He said that the promotion of nationalism in the country is the actual development of the country because nations can make countries but countries can’t make nations. He said that when we talk about the development of the other countries like Singapore or Malaysia; we should also go through, learn and apply the policies and strategies of them to develop our country. He said that the both above mentioned countries are giving complete rights to their minorities and have announced the national holidays on the religious festivals of each and every religion living in. He said that I tried to generate nationalism through my words even twenty years ago (Video Attached) and taught the people to create nationalism in their hearts. He said that we should also own the same sort of policies to develop ourselves instead of just talking about the development of other countries. He said that not even a single political leader delivers his speech on nationalism. He said that Election Commission should bind every leader that he/she will deliver at least one sermon in a month on nationalism.
