Karachi: September 11, 2016. (PCP) A Christian mother who is a social activist and President of Women Wing of a Christian political party Tasneem Kauser appeared in Karachi Press Club on September 8, 2016, with her daughter Souzanne who was gang raped by group of Church of Pakistan Karachi Diocese leaders according to press release. The gang raped victim Souzanne appealed to Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan, Chief Justice Sindh High Court, Federal Minister of Human rights Mr. Kamran Michel, Prime Minsiter of Pakistan Mian Nawaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar, Chairman Senate Raza Rabani, I.G. Sindh, D.G. Rangers Major General Bilal and Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah to ensure justice and culprits who gang raped her and recorded it may be punished. The gang raped victim told media that she was invited in a guest house to award a contract of Chinese concern on June 26, 2016, by one Church of Pakistan leader who works under Bishop of Karachi Diocese of Church of Pakistan Waqar Hussain who offered her a glass of juice at arrival after which she lost her conscious but when she came in sense somewhere in middle of night she found her naked and sexually assaulted. When she cried for help and wanted to report her gang rape then he was shown a video that all episodes is recorded and its only option for her to obey their orders unless her video will be released on social media. Souzanne said “When she reached in a guest house in Defense Housing Authority then Bishop Sadiq Daniel, Waqar Hussian, Zafar Iqbal and two other persons were present and all of these 5 people gang raped me after making me unconscious mixing some substance in glass of juice”. The rape victim said that I recognize these people because I was working as a guide in Holy Trinity Cathedral where Bishop Sadiq Daniel resides. The gang rape victim told media that she filed application with SSP South Karachi but SHO Gizri Police Station delayed registration of FIR and her medical checkup and DNA matching with her clothes. According to New International Karachi, Daniel and Iqbal were able to acquire bail from a Quetta court which means they fled from Karachi after case registration. The gang rape victim said that culprits are very rich and influential and threatening her to kill while Waqar Hussain physically attacked her after reporting incident to police and damaged door of her vehicle. There are over dozen of cases of selling Church properties against Bishop Sadiq Daniel and Zafar Iqbal in courts of law in Sindh and Balochistan but recent incident of gang rape turns page to social evil in Church of Pakistan Karachi Diocese.
