Philadelphia: December 3, 2016. (PCP) President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC and Editor of Pakistan Christian Post Dr. Nazir S Bhhatti has said that charity funds donated for Pakistani Christians and other poor communities through Mr. Khurum Marvin Pervez and Bishop Samuel Azariah of Church of Pakistan are not serving due targets of service to humanity. There are widespread complaints from Christians in general and congregations in particular from Church of Pakistan that schools run by Bishops of Church of Pakistan are running as business concerns not as institutions of social services. The Bishops of Church of Pakistan never support poor Christian students, widows and hungry families nor do representatives of partner NGO,s of Church of Church of Pakistan but swallow such charity funds received by them for vested interests. Mr. Marvin Pervez who also represents one sister organization of Church of Pakistan acts as front man of Church of Pakistan criminal activities in money laundering of billions of Pakistani rupees which Bishops of Church of Pakistan receive from selling valuable Church properties to Muslim builders for commercial use using his office and contacts abroad. Bishop Samuel Azariah who is moderator and bishop of diocese of Raiwind in Punjab province of Pakistan protects Bishops of other dioceses of Church of Pakistan on selling Church properties who handover sale deed to him which he gives to Marvin Pervez who launders it abroad. There are dozens of cases of Church property sales in higher courts in every city of Pakistan against Bishops of Church of Pakistan but these bishops spend millions to protect them from arrests from Charity funds which International donors send them for poor communities uplift. Marvin Pervez have criminal record when he was arrested by FIA in Karachi in 2004 on his links with drug dealers, terrorists and human traffickers when he was serving in Afghanistan for one International Charity. Bishop Samuel Azariah whose father owned one room home in Mission Compound Karachi is living like a feudal lord after becoming bishop while Marvin Pervez father was a teacher in Technical School Karachi who now claims that he has millions of dollars value. Dr. Nazir Bhatti said “The gang of criminals have captured Church of Pakistan and its sister organizations and using church properties and charity funds for their families and friends not for common Christians” The duo gang of Bishop Samuel Azariah and Khurrum Marvin Pervez hatched conspiracy during their youth in Karachi to take part in Church of Pakistan to become millionaires which they might have not achieved if set their struggle in public employments; It is part of their plan to keep supporting each other to keep enjoying Charity funds. The education abroad of both of them was also funded by Church organizations. Dr. Nazir S Bhatti urged International funding agencies to immediately stop charity funding through Bishop Azariah and Marvin Pervez because different security and banking departments of government of Pakistan are initiating investigation of their wrongdoings in Pakistan after complains by Christians. .
