Philadelphia: March 27, 2017. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC has said in a statement that Muttahida Qaumi Movement MQM Chief Altaf Hussain can seek support of Indian Prime Minister Modi under Liaquat-Nehru Pact for rights of Urdu Speaking Community in Pakistan as Muslim political leaders in Pakistan, Armed Forces of Pakistan and Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Nawaz Sharif supports for rights on Muslims of Indian Kashmir. In 1950, Prime Minister of Pakistan Khan Liaquat Ali Khan and Prime Minister of India Mr. Nehru signed a treaty for protection of ethnic and religious minorities in India and Pakistan which is famous as “Liaquat-Nehu Pact” and both countries are signatory of this treaty. Nazir Bhatti said “If any one wishes to declare Altaf Hussain as traitor on calling Indian support for Urdu Speaking community in Pakistan then they must step forward and press upon Pakistan establishment to deny International treaty of “Liaquat-Nehru Pact” with India” “I strongly condemn scratching name of Altaf Hussain from Universities in Karachi and Hyderabad by Sindh government because such tactics are increasingly sympathy of Urdu Speaking community with MQM Founder Altaf Hussain” said Nazir Bhatti Nazir Bhatti added “Who so ever is planning fate of Urdu speaking community and end voice of Altaf Hussain is playing with integrity and solidarity of Pakistan because it will boost popularity of MQM Chief among Urdu speaking community who will be forced to conclude that establishment is pushing them towards wall to end their voice and put their fate in hands of stogies like Sattar and Kamal” It is fact that not a single shot was fired on Sindh Rangers or other law enforcement agencies personals by any member of MQM under leadership of Altaf Hussain when large arms catch was recovered from Karachi and Hyderabad and blamed on MQM. On other hand thousands of soldiers and civilians were killed by terrorists in Pakistan but none was killed by MQM Altaf Hussain. Nazir Bhatti said “Such ill policies of Pakistan establishment created Bangladesh which was East Pakistan and such tactics must not be practiced on Mohairs and Baloch instead issues may be solved in political ways to secure Pakistan”
