(Sunil John) His Grace Archbishop Sebastian Francis Shaw extended his heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to as he Celebrated Easter with Muslim Students in an Islamic Seminary in Lahore. The Delegation of National Commission for Inter-religious Dialogue and Ecumenism was with him to share the moments of brotherhood and unity with Muslim brethren.
The guests were warmly welcomed and were honored to sit in a Mosque. Dignitaries from the city were gathered to this occasion.
His grace Archbishop Sebastian Francis Shaw appreciated this gesture of love and unity as he stressed to promote peace and harmony in the society.
Fr. Francis Nadeem OFM Cap, the executive secretary of NCIDE thanked the administration of the Institute. Archbishop Sebastian Francis Shaw distributed sweets among the young students of the Islamic Seminary and encouraged them to be more vigilant and sensitive towards the humanity.
The host, Allama Muhammad Asim Makhdoom, presented his book “Peace and Islam” to the honorable guests. Fr. Inayat Bernard, Raja Asghar Sardar and Sunil John were present there too.
