Lahore: June 28, 2017. (PCP) Rev. Fr. Francis Nadeem, Executive Secretary National Commission for Interreligious Dialogue & Ecumenism and Rev. Emmanuel Sardar visited a famous Islamic scholar Hafiz Tahir Mahmood Asharfi to share with him the message of Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue for the month of Ramadan and Eid ul Fitr.
Allama Hafiz Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi heads Ulma Council of Pakistan, which comprises of Islamic Religious leaders from every city and village of Pakistan and nationally recognized as representative council on every forum.
The Christian Delegation extended the Eid Greetings to him. He thanked the delegation of NCIDE and appreciated this gesture of brotherhood and also appreciated the message of Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue for the month of Ramadan.
