Lahore: March 21, 2018. (PCP) Muslim Christian children gathered in a ceremony in connection with Pakistan Day. They were holding peace flag and placards inscribed with messages of peace and national harmony. This ceremony was organized by the National Commission for Interreligious Dialogue and Ecumenism (Catholic Bishops’ Conference – Pakistan) under the auspices of Fr. Francis Nadeem OFM Cap, the executive secretary of NCIDE. On this occasion Muslim and Christian children presented beautiful tableaus which depicted their urge for promotion of interfaith harmony, restoration of peace and progress of the country. Fr. Francis Nadeem OFM Cap advised children to foster peace and harmony not only within their families but also in their neighborhoods so that peace may prevail in our society.
