Karachi: April 14, 2018. (PCP) Dr. Nazir S Bhatti, Founder President of Pakistan Christian Congress PCC in a statement issued here today by Central Secretariat have said that when Pakistani Prime Minister Shahid Abbasi, COAS General Bajwa and CJ Justice Saqib will express publicly shame of Pakistan on kidnapping, gang rape and enforced conversion of teenage Christian and Hindu girls like Indian Prime Minister Modi who said that India is shamed on rape and abduction of Kashmiri girl. A Christian minor girl Sana Shahid from Sialkot city of Pakistan was kidnaped, enforcedly converted to Islam and married by Muslim but Administration of Pakistan not paid any attention when her parents knocked every door for justice. Dr. Nazir Bhatti said that it is inhuman and against religious freedom that in Pakistan any Muslim kidnaps a girl of religious minorities then forces her to accept Islam and he is protected by state. There were more than 1200 cases in Pakistan in year 2017, of kidnapping of Christian and Hindu girls in Sindh and Punjab provinces of Pakistan but kidnapper Muslims walked free from courts as they converted victim to Islam. PCC Chief said that Muslim high officials, Judges and Muslim politicians are involved in protection of Muslim kidnappers which is black spot of Pakistan. Dr. Nazir Bhatti praised Indian Prime Minister Modi on condemning abduction and rape of Muslim Kashmiri girl Asifa Bano and raised question that When Pakistan will feel shame on kidnapping, rape and enforced conversions to Islam of Christian and Hindu girls? Meanwhile, Prof.Bhim Singh, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India & Executive Chairman of State Legal Aid Committee, J&K has urged Shri Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India to refer the J&K girl’s rape and murder case to the CBI as this matter deserves to be investigated thoroughly to the satisfaction of even Secretary-General of the United Nations who has mentioned in his press interaction in New York saying that, "I think we've seen the media reports of this horrific case, of the abuse and the murder of a young girl. We very much hope that the authorities will bring the perpetrators to justice so they can be held accountable for the murder of this young girl." This statement of UN Secretary-General was released from the United Nations this day, 14th April, 2018 by the PTI. Prof.Bhim Singh has urged Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi to exercise his exclusive powers which his government can exercise under the special circumstances to hold an independent probe into the alleged rape and murder of eight-year-old girl in Kathua District, J&K. Prof.Bhim Singh said that in such a situation the Govt. of India can hold a suo-moto inquiry into the most tragic incident where a girl remained missing for seven days after her disappearance in the forest. Prof.Bhim Singh said that the Chief Justice of India who made some remarks into this tragic murder in the Supreme Court may also be urged to direct the Govt. of India to appoint an independent inquiry of senior/distinguished officers from the Central Crime Branch like CBI. The investigation committee which shall be watched by the world today following the intervention of the Secretary-General of the United Nations. The state committee constituted by a controversial government has lost its confidence and needs to be quickly replaced by Central Committee.
