Christian demand protection in Korangi Karachi

Karachi: October 2, 2018. (PCP) Mr. Daniel Gulzar, has appealed to Home Minister Sindh, IG Sindh, Home Secretary Sindh and SHO PS Zaman Town for providing protection and action against culprits. Mr. Daniel Gulzar is Priest at Saint Paul Church Joseph Gill Town Korangi No.2 ½ and Christ Church, ST-18, Korangi Karachi. On 29th June 2018 morning two persons riding on motorcycle came and pointed towards him to stop, but he didn't hence they hit him with motorcycle, due to injury he becomes unconscious and treatment given to him at Hospital. On 8th September 2018 when two persons riding on bike stopped him and snatched cash, laptop, wallet, mobile phone and documents. Another incident took place in Korangi with him on 14t Sept. 2018 when he was coming back after performing prayer two persons stopped him and snatched wallet, documents, ATM Card, Church Identification card. They harassed and beaten him and extended death threats for dire consequences if he again went to perform prayer. He said for protection and coercive action against culprits, after every incident, he has sent numerous applications to SHO PS Zaman Town and higher authorities through Courier Service (TCS) but no any action has been taken against culprits by the authorities concerned till to date.
