GPFP protest on world Human Rights Day

Karachi: December 12, 2018. (PCP) God's Peoples Fellowship of Pakistan (GPFP) a pro-Israeli Christian Religious organization in Pakistan tirelessly struggling and urging the Pakistani government to recognize the state of Israel since 1985. GPFP held a peaceful press demonstration in front of Karachi Press Club on the occasion of World Human Rights Day dated 10th December, 2018. The Pakistani Christians since the creation of Pakistan are seeking permission to visit the Holy Bible land of Israel with endorsement on Pakistani passports for pilgrimage visit to Jerusalem. A Supreme court civil petition no. C.P. 87/K-2014 is dismissed that was instituted by GPFP on behalf of millions of Christians and thousands of Jews living in Pakistan. GPFP in the protest demonstration once again urged the Pakistan government to recognize the state of Israel and develop diplomatic and trade relations with Israel. GPFP understands the importance of Christian liberty of religious rights for which Pakistani Christians have been deprived. At the press demonstration president of GPFP Mr. Gulrez Pasha and Deputy Secretary General Mr. Aamir Suleman Aziz announced to institute a constitution petition in the honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in this connection. The leaders of GPFP prayed for the early recovery of the Secretary General of GPFP mr. Ashraf P. Butt who is facing serious health issue and is completely on bed. The coordinator of GPFP mr. Shahbaz Ashraf who fled from Pakistan because of threats sent a message from abroad for well wishes for GPFP. Keeping in view the above-mentioned circumstances, reasons and grounds, you are therefore requested to highlight this burning religious issue for gaining the attention of the world media to solve the religious demand of Pakistani Christians and use this press note into your electronic / press media propaganda, in this way international community, UNO can bring its focus on our religious rights for which Pakistani Christian Community has been deprived.
