Police Joins Kidnappers: Receives Bhatta yet fails to release kidnapped girl

 HYDERABAD: April 30, 2019. (PCP) A 11 years old girl Nida was kidnapped from Junejo colony Site area on 30 March 2019 by one Nazim who took girl for getting her biscuits. After few hours’ kidnapper telephoned mother of girl demanding ransom of Rs.20,000 to bring at Bhit Shah and get her girl back.

 But kidnapper did not release girls despite receiving ransom of Rs.20,000 from girl’s mother. Later mother approached Tando Adam Police which arrested kidnapper but instead of recovering kidnapped girl from him kept him in lock up for 3 days and handed him to Site police Hyderabad.

This was stated by senior advocate Sultan Shaikh at press club while addressing a press conference. He was accompanied with mother and family members of kidnapped girl .He told that ASI of Site police station Mohsin Khanzada came to mother of kidnapped girl and demanded Rs.50,000 for girl. Mother made payment to ASI but police never released kidnapped girl.

Police also released arrested kidnapper Nazim on receiving bribe from him. Sultan Shaikh and mother of kidnapped girl told media that Site police was now demanding more money from family if not paid they the police has threatened the family of dire consequences. Sultan Shaikh advocate said the affected family cannot approach court after chief justice Pakistan Khosa has rescinded section 22-A under which a family could have filed petition in court if they were refused relief from police.

The story above proved that after rescinding of section 22-A from penal code at least Sindh has turned as police state and police has formed coalition with criminals which ultimately would culminate in death of justice.
