Sialkot: A mass protest was held at jajor Palace of the Sialkot in front of the deputy commissioner office .organized by the Christian Awareness Movement ( Masihi Tehreek .e. Beadari) against the killing of Nazir Masih who was killed by a violent mob on the charge of blasphemy in Sargodha .In which a large number of nationalist Christians of Sialkot participated
Addressing the protestors on this occasion, the chairman of Christian Awareness Movement Dr. Emanuel Adil Ghori, said that no Christian can even think of insolence in the honor of the Holy Quran or the Holy Prophet. There is a need for strict legislation against people who seek personal ego and personal interest by resorting to this law. Those who instigate mobs to burn houses and kill cannot be well-wishers of religion, nor does religion allow it.Those who do this are ignorant of the teachings of Islam
He demanded that the government should make it possible to protect the lives and property of Pakistani Christians.
A large number of political, social and religious leaders participated in the demonstration.
