Pakistan: On September 15, 2025, Asher Bhatti's victim went to the NCCIA (Nation Cybercrime Investigation Agency) and told them that his uncle who lived in Thailand created a fake Facebook account in his name and posted some Insulting words and comments against the Holy Prophet.

Moreover, he stated that his uncle Samuel Paul threatened him, saying that he had caused a lot of trouble for him and his family.

The next day, on September 16, Muhammad Umair, a shopkeeper in the same place in Lahore, saw Asher Bhatti's Facebook and insulting posts and comments against the Holy Prophet, so he became aggressive and filed an FIR (First Information Report) against the accused Asher Bhatti. Under Section 295C

Human rights activist Napoleon condoled and said that the National Cybercrime Investigation Agency should have investigated this account to see who was running it and from where he could clear everything in 3 days.

In this incident, the local police are putting all their energy into saving lives and their homes, which is truly commendable.

According to my sources, other family members, Asher Bhatti's parents, live in the UK and Samuel Paul was blackmailing them to send money or else he would create problems for their son Asher Masih.
