Once again I would like to thank the Pakistan Christian Post for posting my comments in response to Mr. Williams's letter. I honestly did not have any intention to annoy my friend, he might have bitter or bad experience with some Christians in Pakistan, yet I don't blame any one. As I wrote earlier that we the Christians of Pakistan are victims of our circumstances. Majority of our people are living below poverty line according to "our standards" what to talk about international poverty standard. Most of our people are hardworking and sincere to their faith yet they have to feed their own families and parents. The chances here are grim for most of the people and that is the reason that our people and especially youth wants to go abroad for a better future not only for them but for their entire family. I know that some of us have been cheating both our Pakistani, American and European friends, but this can not be said for every church or person. The magazine mentioned by Mr. Williams, if I am not wrong started its publication from Bihar Colony, Kot Lakpat Lahore. I saw its first issue in August 1992 while I was visiting United States. But unfortunately it became a tool for blackmailing Christian leadership. It is still being printed and as Editor of "The Monthly Kalam-e-Haq", some time I do receive it as "exchange copy. However "Kalam-e-Haq" has its own identity and it is still serving the Christian community in various ways. ( A copy is sent to Mr. Nazir Bhatti). I personally would like to assist any organization, person or church body consisting on Pakistani nationals in foreign countries in their endeavor to help our and their Christian bother and sisters in Pakistan. At this time of the world history, we must not get into useless debates but start doing some thing positive that will give a "jump start" to the stalled economical condition of our people in Pakistan in the field of education, poverty elevation and general welfare and encourage the discouraged community of Pakistani Christians so that they can help themselves.
