Dear Editor As per media reports, coming to India on his annual sojourn on December 11, 2014, Russian President Putin have been invited to address a joint session of Parliament, an honour last given to US President Barack Obama in 2010. Coming a month before Obama is scheduled to travel here as chief guest for Republic Day January 26, 2015 - the government of India (GOI) is keen to be seen to give the Putin-visit also, equally top importance.
