Nazir Bhatti said “Zulifiqar Ali Bhutto damaged constitution of 1973 by fourth amendment and Zia-Ul-Haq by other amendments which are not put in constitutional package of Asif Ali Zardari” “Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif bargained with General Musharraf to drop charges against them while thousands of innocent are behind bars and their families are suffering but they are voiceless because they are not business tycoon or feudal lords” added Nazir Bhatti If Asif Zardari and Nawaz Sharif were innocent they were suppose to enter in Pakistan to face charges against them like Shaikh Hassina of Bangladesh but sure they were not and waited for amnesty. Why Zardari wants prime minister to appoint services chiefs and election commissioner in PPP constitutional package? Why he is silent on fourth amendment which torn the peaceful society? Why he does not want to abolish Islamic laws endorsed by amendments by General Zia-ul-Haq, which apartheid religious communities in Pakistan? Nazir S Bhatti said that if Asif Zardari is true leader of masses, he might have not pushed PPP in elections under election commission appointed by General Musharraf but demanded elections under Supreme Court Judges and same was supposed to be demanded by Nawaz Sharif. Why restoration of Judges who closed eyes on killing of Nawab Akbar Bugti and thousands of other Balochi nationalists? Why restoration of judges who remained silent on attacks on churches and mosques? Is issue of such judges more important than millions of poor suffering inflation? Nazir S Bhatti said that politicians are planning to destroy Pakistan Army, which is last resort of integrity and solidarity of Pakistan. The Pakistani politician cannot fight against terrorism nor can introduce enlighten Islam as PPP has no mention of lifting Islamic laws and restoration of equal rights for Ahmdi Muslims and Christians. PCC President said that its test for US administration also to support Musharraf as an ally to fight against terrorism or favor corrupt and criminal leaders who used law and force against poor people of Pakistan when in power. Nazir S Bhatti, appealed to MQM Chief Altaf Hussian to distant from power hungry forces to save Pakistan. Nazir Bhatti said that I want to inform people of Pakistan that Asif Ali Zardari ruined my business when Benazir was in power. He used his influence to terminate my Petrol Pump agreement with PAF Base Masroor, on RCD Highway, Hub River Road, Karachi, in favor of his friend from Sukkur Rohri, while PAF was bound to me not to allot any other site in its jurisdiction. He took full advantage of Benazir Bhutto premiership to favor his friends and make money. Nazir Bhatti said that I urge government of Pakistan to probe PAF Masroor Base Petrol Pump case against Asif Zardari. PCC President, Nazir Bhatti said “ PCC wants revival of Constitution of 1973 in original shape and rejects PPP constitutional package”
