In an exclusive interview with PCP father of the murdered Christian youth said that his youngest son Younis Maish used to work as a domestic servant at Dr Naeem's house. Fiery, concerned and gloomy father of the Christian lad further said that 6 (six) months ago his son Younis Masih left Dr Naeem's employment, as he had found a better job with better salary. This act of Younis Masih infuriated his employer Dr. Naeem and since then the revenge had been simmering up in his heart, Rehmat Masih, father of the deceased boy alleged. Rehmat Masih further added in reply to a question by PCP that couple of months after his son had resigned from Dr Naeem's job, Dr Naeem and his wife Mrs. Shazia Naeem came to their residence at 1600 hrs on the evening of Sept 25, 2008. Concerned Masih went on saying that Dr Naeem & his wife took their son Younis Masih with them to their house for some sort of household chores." From where he never returned home alive", said Masih in a frail voice. Ahmed Masih, the eldest brother of the demised Younis Masih told PCPthat Younis Masih was the youngest among 9 (Niine) brothers & sisters and unmarried. Hence he was living and supporting his parents and two (02) other single sisters. Reminding that evening he said Dr Naeem took his brother Younis Masih with him. He went on saying that after reaching his house Dr Naeem accused him (Younis Masih) of stealing Pakistani Rs 70,00 and 40 grams of gold jewellery from their residence and started torturing him. Rehmat Masih, the father and Ahmed Masih, the eldest brother of the deceased Christian Youth said that Masih was a hard worker and honest Christian Boy. Both the father & the brother of the Younis Masih turned down the allegations of theft against murdered Masih, declaring it to be a conspiracy against their loved one. Ahmed Masih further said that Dr. Naeem, his wife Mrs. Shazia Maeem and their Abdullah 20, tortured and thrashed his brother with clubs and iron rods for several hours in a barbarian way. Helpless and poverty stricken Ahmed Masih said in a very gloomy voice that they attacked Younis Masih with an axe. Ahmed Masih went on saying that due to the axe attack, Younis Masih sustained 3 fatal injuries. " 2 piercing his head skin and skull and the third one chopped off his right arm", alleged Ahmed Masih. It is pertinent to mention here that Islamic penalty for theft is to cut off the arm. "After Younis Masih's expiry, they threw him in an empty plot right in front of there (Dr Naeem's) house", added Ahmed Masih " and called Punjab's Rescue Service 1122 that a seriously injured man is lying in front of their home in a critical condition, concealing the facts from rescuers". Replying to a question posed by PCP, Ahmed Masih said that Dr. Naeem concealed the truth from Rescue 1122 Service. " Rescuers took dead Masih to the Divisional Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) of Sargodha" said Ahmed Masih. When Younis Masih did not return home at night, his family members started looking for him." When asked Dr Naeem said that your brother has electrocuted and rescue 1122 has shifted him to DHQ hospital, Sargodha", Ahmed Masih quoted Dr Naeem as saying. Qammar Masih a sanitary worker, and close relative of the bereaved family, identified deceased Younis Masih and informed the bereaved family that their youngest son Younis Masih has expired and was in the morgue of DHQ. Bereaved family of the Christian Youth apprized PCP that Dr. Naeem is a powerful, rich and influential man. Family sources said that the Muslim doctor made use of his contacts with the police and doctors at DHQ and both Police and Doctors blatantly declared it be an accidental death due to the electric shock, without carrying out an autopsy. Frail father said crying that Dr Naeem has killed his son and still free. On the other hand Ahmed Masih brother of the deceased Masih said that he has submitted an application in the court of Civil Judge Sargodha Malik Farooq Ahmed Wakeel for excavation of the grave and autopsy of the corpse of demised Masih, so that facts might come into the light. Bereaved Christian family & whole Christian community believe that excavation of the grave and autopsy would reveal the truth and a Murder Case would be registered against the family of Dr. Naeem.
